Canice (name) : ウィキペディア英語版 | Canice (name)
Canice is an Irish male given name, an anglicisation of meaning "handsome". Kenneth is a Scottish name of the same origin. Cainnech of Aghaboe was a sixth-century saint, the patron saint of Diocese of Clogher of which Saint Canice's Cathedral in Kilkenny is the seat. Canice is occasionally given as a boy's name in the diocese, which approximates County Kilkenny. Bearers of the name include the Kilkenny intercounty hurlers Canice Brennan and Canice Hickey. ==References==
